Kundalini Yoga promotes health, happiness and spiritual awareness. It is a complete science that combines postures (asanas), movement, sound currents (mantras), breathing (pranayam) and meditation. This is an efficient and fast yoga that impacts your body, mind and spirit, elevating your consciousness so you can live a more centered and peaceful life.
Kundalini Yoga is well suited for the active person with many responsibilities. With a regular practice routine of Kundalini you will:
- Build a strong, healthy and vibrant body which will help you feel happier and more alive.
- Train your mind to live in the present moment; develop moment to moment awareness.
- Develop deep calmness and self-confidence and experience a more serene peace of mind.
- Contact your Infinite Self to feel radiant and draw your own innate wisdom.
Kundalini is considered one of the most comprehensive yogas; it is also a science over 5000 years old. It was a well-kept secret and only passed on through word of mouth in India and Tibet until 1969 when Yogi Bhajan broke with tradition and brought it to the West.
Kundalini develops the whole person and not just the physical body; it allows the practitioner to become more intuitive, sensitive and subtle. It makes a person radiant, peaceful and strong so they can face life's challenges and win. The Kundalini technology is aimed at enhancing one’s relationship with their eternal spirit. It is universal and nondenominational. Regardless of which, religious path a person follows, Kundalini will enhance an individual's personal beliefs in a deep and meaningful way.

ABOUT THE CLASSES There are hundreds of different “Kriyas”, or sets of exercises designed to have a specific effect on the body. They are designed to impact the mind, body and spirit as it relates to specific glands, organs, chakras and aspects of the nervous system. "It seems outrageously simple, but the
effect on body, mind and spirit is so profound.
Somehow it turns me into the essence of myself, and brings insight and balance to days
that often used to run off track.
And as a senior, I can say yoga is infinitely manageable and is gentle with the body." - LO

"I have sustained two major back injuries due to
severe falls and I have just been diagnosed with
degenerative spinal disease...and I am only 45 years old. Years of stress in a highly charged atmosphere have added to my sense of chronic fatigue, sore joints and just general ill health. In the past 6 months, I have attendng faithfully one class a week. In this time, I have felt like a renewed person. It has strengthened my core and my spine. It has helped me to slow down, I feel more grounded and my emotions are more balanced." - GR
